Privacy Policy
Effective date: 23 June 2026
kazetry&tell (“kazetry&tell”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a creator analytics, content intelligence, and monetization planning platform for authorized creator accounts.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit the kazetry&tell website, connect an authorized creator account, or use the kazetry&tell dashboard and related services.
This Privacy Policy is specific to the kazetry&tell website at https://kazetrytell.uk, the kazetry&tell dashboard, connected-account authorization flows, creator analytics, content-performance review, monetization planning, audit records, QA records, storage records, and operational records.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
kazetry&tell is operated as an owner-controlled creator dashboard. For privacy questions, account access requests, disconnection requests, or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
2. What kazetry&tell does
kazetry&tell helps an authorized account owner understand creator-account performance and make better content and monetization decisions. The service may support authorized account connection, account-status review, profile-metric review, public video and content metadata review, manual or API-supported content-performance records, dashboard health checks, content opportunity tracking, content package planning, monetization-readiness analysis, audit logging, and storage controls.
kazetry&tell is not designed to create fake engagement, follower bots, spam, deceptive activity, or unauthorized account access. The current system is a review-led dashboard and does not automatically publish public content without authorized user action.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Website visitor information
When the public website is visited, limited technical information may be processed automatically by hosting, routing, security, and logging systems. This may include IP address, browser and device information, request URL, timestamp, referring page where available, approximate location derived from IP address, security logs, error logs, access logs, and routing metadata.
This information is used to make the website available, secure the service, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.
3.2 Connected-account authorization information
When an authorized creator account is connected, kazetry&tell may collect and store information required to maintain and manage that connection, including OAuth authorization status, access-token metadata, refresh-token metadata where provided, granted scopes and permissions, connection timestamps, token expiry and refresh status, platform account identifiers returned by approved API scopes, and disconnection or revocation status.
Access tokens and refresh tokens are treated as confidential credentials. They are used only to operate the authorized connection and are not sold or shared for advertising.
3.3 Creator profile information
Subject to the permissions granted by the connected platform and the approved API scopes available to kazetry&tell, we may collect creator profile information such as display name, username, profile image or avatar URL, biography or public profile description, public profile link, account identifiers returned by the platform, verification status where available, follower count, following count, like count, video count, and other profile or account statistics returned by an approved API.
3.4 Public content and video metadata
Subject to approved API access and platform permissions, kazetry&tell may collect metadata about public content associated with the authorized account, including video or post IDs, titles, captions, descriptions, text metadata, creation or publication time, duration, cover image URLs, share URLs, embed links, public visibility or availability status, available performance fields returned by approved API scopes, and historical public video metadata available through approved platform APIs.
kazetry&tell does not fake historical follower data. Where historical data is not available from an approved source, the dashboard builds history forward from real stored snapshots.
3.5 Manual imports and authorized user-provided information
The authorized account owner or authorized user may manually enter, upload, or import information into the dashboard. This may include profile metrics, post-performance data, revenue or monetization estimates, content notes, campaign notes, manual CSV imports, decisions to accept, reject, or review content opportunities, authorized user settings, QA or diagnostic notes, and contact information provided in support or privacy requests.
3.6 Generated dashboard records
kazetry&tell may generate internal records to support dashboard functionality, including content opportunities, content packages, monetization planning records, decision records, worker or bot run records, QA results, audit events, storage snapshots, connector health records, system settings, error logs, and operational status records.
3.7 Cookies and similar technologies
The public website and dashboard may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for security, session management, access control, routing, preference storage, service reliability, and abuse prevention. Third-party routing, hosting, or access-control services may also set cookies or process technical identifiers according to their own policies.
kazetry&tell does not use cookies to sell personal information.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate the website and dashboard, connect authorized accounts, maintain authorization status, fetch approved account and content data, display profile and performance information, maintain settings, generate internal records, provide QA and audit features, preserve service reliability, secure the service, detect unauthorized access attempts, diagnose errors, protect credentials and tokens, comply with platform rules and legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and improve dashboard functionality.
We also use authorized account data, public content metadata, manual imports, and generated records to identify content-performance patterns, track creator metrics over time, compare post performance, identify content opportunities, support content planning, support monetization-readiness analysis, create human-review records, and help the account owner make informed content and business decisions.
5. AI-assisted and automated analysis
kazetry&tell may use automated rules, analytics logic, and, where enabled, AI-assisted features to organize information, identify opportunities, summarize performance, or generate draft content ideas for human review.
AI-assisted or automated analysis is used to support the authorized account owner’s decision-making. It is not intended to make legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or similarly significant decisions about individuals.
The current service does not use connected-account data to automatically publish content, send direct messages, follow accounts, like content, comment on content, or generate fake engagement.
6. Legal bases for processing
Where a legal basis is required, we process information under one or more of the following bases: consent, service necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and protective interests. These bases may apply when the account owner connects an account, grants permissions, submits information, uses the dashboard, or when processing is necessary to operate, secure, improve, audit, or comply with legal or platform requirements.
7. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the website, dashboard, hosting, routing, security, data storage, backup, logging, email, access control, or infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
When an account is connected, the relevant platform may receive information necessary to complete authorization, issue tokens, refresh tokens, revoke tokens, validate scopes, or respond to approved API requests. The platform’s own privacy policy governs its independent processing of information.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms of Service, protect rights, property, safety, or security, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with platform developer rules, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

9. Data storage and location
kazetry&tell may store information in a controlled local environment and/or on a controlled VPS or server environment. Data may also be processed by service providers that support domain routing, hosting, access control, security, logging, and platform API access.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where the account owner or visitor is located. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from local laws. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods may be shortened or extended where necessary for security, legal compliance, account-owner requests, backup recovery, investigation, or platform compliance.
11. Deletion and disconnection
The authorized account owner may request that kazetry&tell disconnect the connected account, revoke locally stored authorization credentials, or delete locally stored dashboard data. When a connected account is disconnected, the dashboard will stop using stored credentials to fetch new data and locally stored access credentials may be deleted or invalidated. Some audit, security, backup, or operational records may be retained for a limited period where necessary.
The account owner may also be able to revoke app access directly through the connected platform’s own account settings. Deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, request correction, request deletion, request a copy of certain information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, opt out of certain disclosures where applicable, and complain to a data protection authority.
To exercise privacy rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request. Where the dashboard is used by an authorized user, we may also need to confirm the request with the account owner.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include access controls, credential masking, local or server-side storage controls, audit logs, QA checks, secure routing, service isolation, token-status monitoring, error and security logging, retention controls, and restricted dashboard access where configured.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The account owner and authorized user are responsible for safeguarding their own devices, accounts, passwords, developer credentials, platform accounts, Cloudflare account, VPS account, and other infrastructure access.
14. Children’s privacy
kazetry&tell is not directed to children and is intended for use by the authorized account owner or authorized user. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to kazetry&tell, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
15. Third-party links and services
The website or dashboard may contain links to third-party services, including connected social platforms, developer portals, access-control services, hosting providers, analytics resources, or documentation. 16. Platform data and API compliance
kazetry&tell uses connected-account data only as permitted by the account owner’s authorization, approved API scopes, applicable platform rules, and this Privacy Policy. Platform data may be used to provide creator analytics, dashboard status, content-performance review, and monetization planning. Platform data is not used to create unauthorized automation, artificial engagement, spam, or deceptive account growth.
If platform rules require deletion, restriction, or modification of platform data handling, kazetry&tell may take the necessary steps to comply.
17. Public content
Some creator profile and video information processed by kazetry&tell may already be publicly available on the connected platform. Even where information is public, kazetry&tell treats it as account-related information when it is stored, analyzed, or combined with dashboard records.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, platform requirements, security practices, or operational needs. When we update the policy, we will change the effective date at the top of the page.
