Terms of Service
Effective date: 23 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of kazetry&tell, including the website at https://kazetrytell.uk, the kazetry&tell dashboard, connected-account authorization flows, analytics features, content-intelligence features, monetization planning features, operational records, and related services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using kazetry&tell, connecting an account, authorizing a platform integration, or using the dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the kazetry&tell Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use kazetry&tell.
These Terms are specific to the kazetry&tell website, dashboard, and connected-account tools. The website, dashboard, and connected-account tools are intended for the account owner or an authorized user only.
1. Who we are
kazetry&tell is a creator analytics, content intelligence, and monetization planning platform for authorized creator accounts. For questions about these Terms, contact [email protected].
2. Definitions

- “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
- “Account Owner” means the person or entity that owns or controls the creator account connected to the Service.
- “Authorized User” means a person authorized by the Account Owner to use the Service on the Account Owner’s behalf.
- “Connected Platform” means a third-party social media, creator, analytics, identity, API, or developer platform that is connected to or used with the Service.
- “Platform Data” means data obtained from a Connected Platform through approved authorization, approved API access, manual import, public availability, or other lawful means.
- “User Content” means information, materials, files, notes, instructions, settings, imports, records, or other content submitted, uploaded, entered, authorized, or provided by a User.
- “Dashboard Records” means operational, analytical, audit, QA, storage, content-planning, and decision records created or stored by the Service.
3. What kazetry&tell does
kazetry&tell helps an authorized creator account owner understand account performance and make better creator, content, growth, and monetization decisions. The Service may include account connection through approved authorization flows, creator profile and account-status review, public content and video metadata review, content-performance tracking, manual or API-supported metric imports, dashboard health and QA checks, content opportunity tracking, content package planning, monetization-readiness analysis, audit and operational logging, storage and retention tools, review-led review and decision features, and AI-assisted or rules-based content intelligence features where enabled.
kazetry&tell is designed as a lawful, authorized, review-led dashboard. It is not designed to create fake engagement, follower bots, deceptive activity, spam, or unauthorized account access.
4. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms, are the Account Owner or are authorized by the Account Owner, are not prohibited from using the Service by applicable law, comply with these Terms, and comply with all applicable Connected Platform terms, developer policies, community rules, API requirements, and local laws.
The Service is not directed to children. You must not use the Service if you are under the age required to enter into these Terms in your location.
5. Authorized use only
You may use kazetry&tell only for lawful, authorized creator analytics, content intelligence, content planning, monetization planning, dashboard review, QA, audit, and operational purposes. You must not connect, analyze, import, store, or process any account, content, data, or credential unless you have the legal right and authority to do so.
If you act as an Authorized User for an Account Owner, you represent that you have permission to use the Service for that Account Owner and to connect, view, import, analyze, or process the relevant account information.
6. Account connection and authorization
Where the Service uses OAuth, Login Kit, API authorization, or a similar platform authorization flow, you are responsible for ensuring that the connected account is owned or controlled by you or the Account Owner, all permissions are granted lawfully, the granted permissions match the intended use, connected platform rules are followed, access tokens, developer credentials, and API keys are protected, and access is revoked when it is no longer required.
The Service may stop functioning fully or partly if a Connected Platform denies, limits, suspends, changes, expires, or revokes access. Opening an OAuth callback URL directly without a platform authorization code may produce a connection-status or missing-code message. This is expected behavior and does not create a connected account.
7. Platform compliance
You must comply with all applicable Connected Platform rules, including platform terms of service, community guidelines, developer terms, API policies, data-use rules, rate limits, security requirements, review requirements, and advertising or monetization rules.
You must not use kazetry&tell to bypass platform authorization flows, bypass API approvals, scopes, rate limits, or security controls, access data that has not been lawfully authorized, misrepresent the purpose of the Service, interfere with a Connected Platform, violate platform developer rules, violate platform community rules, or violate platform monetization, advertising, or commerce rules.
If a Connected Platform requires us to modify, suspend, restrict, or delete data or functionality, we may do so.
8. No affiliation with third-party platforms
kazetry&tell is not owned by, endorsed by, certified by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any Connected Platform unless expressly stated in writing by that platform. Third-party names, logos, product names, platform names, API names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, unauthorized, or platform-violating activity. Prohibited use includes fake engagement, follower bots, view bots, like automation, comment automation, share automation, spam, deceptive growth activity, coordinated inauthentic behavior, unauthorized scraping, unauthorized account access, credential theft, phishing, platform manipulation, impersonation, harassment, unlawful surveillance, malware, attempts to bypass technical or security controls, attempts to exceed approved API permissions, attempts to reverse engineer private platform systems, posting or planning unlawful, infringing, misleading, unsafe, harmful, or policy-violating content, using the Service to violate third-party rights, or using the Service in a way that could damage the reputation, security, availability, or integrity of kazetry&tell or any Connected Platform.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service has been used in a prohibited way.
10. Authorized User-controlled dashboard
The dashboard is intended for the Account Owner or an authorized user. Public legal pages may be accessible without login, but authorized user dashboard access may be protected by access controls. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of dashboard access, access-control credentials, VPS or hosting credentials, local machine credentials, Connected Platform credentials, OAuth tokens, API keys, developer credentials, configuration files, exported files, and dashboard records.
11. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information where required, keep credentials and access details secure, use only accounts and data you are authorized to access, review dashboard outputs before relying on them, comply with applicable laws and platform rules, promptly disconnect accounts or revoke credentials when access is no longer authorized, promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse, and avoid using the Service in any way that could cause harm to another person, platform, system, or account.
You are responsible for your decisions, content, account activity, business decisions, monetization decisions, and reliance on dashboard outputs.
12. User Content
You retain ownership of User Content you submit, upload, enter, authorize, or import into the Service. You grant kazetry&tell a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, copy, display, analyze, transform, and use User Content only as necessary to provide, secure, operate, improve, audit, and support the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights required to provide User Content, that User Content does not violate law, platform rules, contracts, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other third-party rights, and that User Content may lawfully be processed for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
13. Platform Data
Platform Data may be collected, stored, processed, displayed, or analyzed only where permitted by the Account Owner’s authorization, approved API scopes, applicable platform rules, and applicable law. Platform Data remains subject to the rights, restrictions, retention limits, and policies of the relevant Connected Platform. kazetry&tell does not claim ownership of Platform Data obtained from a Connected Platform.
14. Dashboard Records and generated outputs
The Service may generate Dashboard Records, including content opportunities, content packages, decision records, QA records, audit events, storage snapshots, analytics summaries, operational status records, and system-health records. Dashboard Records and generated outputs are intended to support review and decision-making by the Account Owner or Authorized User.
Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, experimental, or dependent on limited data. You must review generated outputs before relying on them or using them in public, commercial, legal, financial, or platform-facing decisions.
15. AI-assisted and automated features
Where AI-assisted or automated features are enabled, they may be used to summarize information, identify content opportunities, classify records, draft content ideas, or support planning. AI-assisted features are provided for human review and do not replace human judgment.
You must not use AI-assisted outputs to mislead users, infringe rights, violate platform rules, create spam, create fake engagement, create prohibited automation, or publish unlawful, unsafe, harmful, or deceptive content. The Service does not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs will be accurate, original, complete, suitable, compliant, or monetizable.
16. Content planning and publication
The current Service is designed as a review-led dashboard. It may support content planning, content-package generation, and review workflows. Unless an approved future feature expressly states otherwise, the Service does not automatically publish public content, send direct messages, follow accounts, like content, comment on content, or create engagement.
If future posting or scheduling features are introduced, you will remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication and ensuring that the content complies with all applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, intellectual property rights, and community standards.
17. Monetization planning
kazetry&tell may provide monetization-readiness analysis, revenue planning, content opportunity review, and other business-planning tools. The Service does not guarantee follower growth, views, likes, comments, shares, engagement, account approval, API approval, monetization eligibility, campaign acceptance, affiliate income, product sales, advertising revenue, or any particular commercial result.
Any revenue figures, monetization estimates, opportunity scores, projections, or planning outputs are informational only and should be independently reviewed.
18. No professional advice
The Service may provide analytics, planning information, summaries, and operational outputs. The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, advertising-compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
19. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by the kazetry&tell Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, retained, protected, disconnected, and deleted. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
20. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and operational safeguards designed to protect the Service. However, no website, dashboard, server, network, API, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, use another person’s credentials, disclose tokens or API keys, introduce malware, or use the Service in a way that creates a security risk.
If you discover a security issue, contact us promptly and do not exploit, disclose, or misuse the issue.
21. Service availability and changes
The Service may be changed, updated, limited, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Availability may be affected by hosting provider performance, domain routing, VPS operation, local machine operation, software changes, platform API availability, platform review status, token expiry, authorization failure, rate limits, configuration errors, maintenance, security incidents, and third-party service changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
22. Development, testing, and staged release
The Service may include development, testing, QA, diagnostic, restricted, experimental, or pre-release features. Such features may change, fail, produce incomplete results, or be removed. You should not rely on experimental features as the sole basis for important business, legal, financial, monetization, or public-content decisions.
23. Third-party services and links
The Service may depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, domain providers, DNS providers, routing and security providers, Connected Platforms, developer portals, API providers, identity providers, access-control providers, storage providers, monitoring tools, and email services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services, outages, decisions, policy changes, API changes, or data practices.
24. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, website, dashboard design, visual layout, software, source code, workflow design, analytics structure, internal logic, QA structure, documentation, generated internal records, and other original materials, is owned or controlled by the Service authorized user or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any intellectual property rights in the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law.
25. Copyright and third-party rights
You must not use the Service to upload, process, plan, generate, publish, or distribute content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, trade secret, or other rights. If you believe content or material associated with the Service infringes your rights, contact [email protected].
26. Confidentiality
You may receive or access non-public information through the Service, including credentials, system configuration, dashboard records, audit records, platform tokens, analytics, strategy notes, monetization planning records, or other confidential information. You must protect confidential information and must not disclose it except where authorized by the Account Owner, required to operate the Service, or required by law.
27. Payment and paid services
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the current public website and authorized dashboard are not currently offered as a general paid public subscription service. If paid features, subscriptions, consulting services, managed services, implementation services, or commercial plans are introduced in the future, separate commercial terms may apply.
28. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, violate applicable law, violate Connected Platform rules, use the Service for prohibited activity, your access is no longer authorized by the Account Owner, a Connected Platform requires restriction or deletion, security or operational risk requires action, the Service is discontinued, or continued access could create legal, security, reputational, or platform-compliance risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time. The Account Owner may request disconnection or deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
29. Disconnection and deletion
The Account Owner may request disconnection of a connected account, deletion of locally stored credentials, or deletion of locally stored dashboard data. When a connected account is disconnected, the Service will stop using stored credentials to fetch new data, locally stored access credentials may be deleted or invalidated, dashboard functionality may be reduced, and some records may be retained for a limited period where required for audit, security, backup, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or platform compliance.
Deletion and disconnection requests may be sent to [email protected].
30. Export control and sanctions
You must not use the Service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, trade, anti-corruption, or anti-money-laundering laws. You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
31. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, be secure, be error-free, always be available, provide complete or accurate data, maintain Connected Platform access, obtain or maintain API approvals, produce accurate analytics, generate suitable outputs, produce performing content opportunities, or achieve monetization outcomes.
32. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kazetry&tell and its authorized user will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, content, opportunity, account access, platform access, monetization, or reputation arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to use the Service in the three months before the claim arose or GBP £100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
33. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless kazetry&tell and its authorized user from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your violation of Connected Platform rules, your User Content, your Platform Data use, your unauthorized account connection, your infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights, your misuse of credentials, tokens, API keys, or platform access, or your content, monetization, business, or account decisions.
34. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay, failure, outage, loss, or interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, hosting failures, DNS failures, routing failures, platform outages, API outages, denial-of-service attacks, malware, power failures, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, legal restrictions, or third-party service failures.
35. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, platform requirements, security practices, business needs, or operational needs. When these Terms are updated, the effective date at the top of the page will be changed. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
36. Assignment, severability, no waiver, and entire agreement
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or operation of the Service by a successor.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written terms that expressly apply to a specific feature or service, form the entire agreement between you and kazetry&tell regarding the Service.
37. Governing law and dispute resolution
To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws or mandatory local laws may still apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory law requires another forum.
